How many cubic feet?

A guy at City furniture told me toy could tell how many cubic feet your freezer was from the info displayed on the back of the freezer. Well here is my info, but all be darned if I can see the cubic feet size? Can anyone help me me with this?

Thank you! It’s measurements are 24” x 24. “. I would have guessed it to be much smaller. I was going to buy a 5.0 cubic foot thinking it would be bigger. Good to know! Thanks!

Well that site is absolutely no use to me. It only goes back to 1984.
Mine was purchased in 1978.

Take a tape measure and measure the:
Length
Width
Height

Length x width x height = total cubic space

I searched for model number.

My width is 24”. The length is 24”. The height is 31 inches. X them all together I get 17.8. My freezer is not 17 cubic feet. I think it must be somewhere around 4 cubic feet but they don’t sell 4. Closest it that I ever see in the stores or online is 3.8. But there must be a sure way to know how big my freezer is? I never thought buying a freezer was going to be so complicated. Now I find out the door to my patio is only 30 inches wide. I guess that means I have to get another 24x 24” one again. The door opening is is 30 “ but it won’t open quite that wide due to the railing being so close. Never had this much problems buying a house or a car before, this has taken me by surprise. And online when they say the depth size, that would be the inside from top to bottom? How is depth size different from height? I guess I could take this picture into city furniture and they should know. But with this detour in effect, city furniture is less than 1 km away, but takes me 8 Kms to get there. Between the traffic and the heat and detours, I have become a hermit!

No, that can’t possibly be right either LOL Mine is a teenie apartment size freezer, it’s sure not 10 cubic feet. I have looked at 10 cubic sized freezers, they are way bigger than mine. Almost double the size.

That’s a pretty big freezer, 17 cubic feet! That would never have fit through my patio door. Mine is the same in length as it is in width. A perfect square size. Not rectangular. 2 feet by two feet, that’s a tiny freezer. I’m so confused lol.

Not sure were you are getting 17 cubic feet, measurements you provided equals 10.32 cubic feet.
