Hair Help
I've been throwing aroung the idea of cutting my hair and have decided I'm ready for a change. The problem is I have never had anyone but my mom cut my hair ( don't worry she was a hairdresser when I was younger ) and my hair is now WAIST length. It's still really healthy but it's become boring, just straight and super long. I usually end up just throwing it up in a ponytail. It's been this way for pretty much my whole life so the change is hard for me. My hair is my thing!
Anyway... I need some suggestions of what to do and a really good stylist to do it. HELP!
I forget how to do pictures so here is a link...

I went out and started looking at hair style books. I would browse at the store and then when I found a book that had a few styles that I liked I would buy it. I made sure that the pictures were of someone of similar age with a similar facial shape. I also asked people that I knew who I thought had great hair where they got it done. I think you stand a better chance if you have a few styles in mind to take to the hair dresser and then you both can decide what would work best for you.
Good luck.
Good luck.

Kim at Rituals Hair Salon at predators ridge, 260-6648 is wonderful. about 40 or so for a cut.
your hair is very long - has it ever been processed? please consider donating the cut portion to the cancer clinic. I think you have to send it to vancouver, not sure. she may know.

that's funny KarmaFilms, i have been thinking about doing something with my hair too. i want to just get it sort of feathered around the face instead of just hanging. you could do that and maybe get a few inches lopped off.

That would sure add some shock value!
I had previously thought about cutting it all off for cancer (both my grandmas were diagnosed with lung cancer within 6 months of each other 2 years ago and both are survivors!) but as you can tell I never did it. I haven't done any colouring in years now (probably why it's still healthy) and even when I did it was only highlights.

he thought the rabbit was bad!
wonderful about both your grandmas!!! how very scary though.
giving your hair to cancer patients would be really nice to do KarmaFilms!

but the one that is a bob, with two lengths, I wouldnt do two lengths, but have both sides the same length as the longer side. having your hair go to or just past your shoulders would enable you to still do the pony tail, and a light feathering around your face will bring out your eyes.

That's a good weblink, ferri-fart!
I think this one might look good on you too, KarmaFilms:

It's would take a few inches off the length (but not TOO much!), it should suit your face-shape, add some layers, plus it would still look good in a ponytail!
