President Joe Biden reverses yet another disastrous and unAmerican Trump policy, proving once again that Democrats truly value American lives and American values.

Thank you President Biden for making America great again, again!!! :130:

Biden lifts abortion referral ban on family planning clinics

WASHINGTON -- The Biden administration reversed a ban on abortion referrals by family planning clinics, lifting a Trump-era restriction as political and legal battles over abortion grow sharper from Texas to the U.S. Supreme Court.

The Department of Health and Human Services said Monday its new regulation will restore the federal family planning program to the way it ran under the Obama administration, when clinics were able to refer women seeking abortions to a provider. The goal is to "strengthen and restore" services, said HHS Secretary Xavier Becerra.

Groups representing the clinics said they hope the Biden administration action will lead some 1,300 local facilities that left in protest over Trump's policies to return, helping to stabilize a longstanding program shaken by the coronavirus pandemic on top of ideological battles.

Biden’s Attempt To Bribe Americans To Vote Democrat Isn’t Working At All

President Joe Biden’s attempt to bribe Americans into voting Democrat in the 2022 midterms is failing.

While Biden and Democrats worked feverishly to ensure that the federal government would line the pockets of American families via $300 checks for each child, new polling from Politico and the Morning Consult suggests that less than half (47 percent) of Americans are attributing the dollars to Democrats. Only 38 percent of those polled credited Biden for giving them monthly cash. That’s the same percentage of respondents who oppose expanded and prolonged payments.

Democrats first ran advertisements starting in July that framed the child tax credit program as a gift to the middle class from the administration and its allies in Congress.

“We are making sure Americans know this contrast is clear,” Democratic National Committee Chair Jaime Harrison said in a statement. “While Republicans continue to play games and block efforts to improve the lives of working people, Democrats are delivering for you.”

While at least half of respondents said they would support more payments from the government, only 35 percent seemed to support a permanent monthly cash flow. Politico noted in its Wednesday “Playbook” that permanent payments are an “idea Democrats in Congress are weighing at the moment” because “the payments are set to expire next year.”

Biden’s bio-weapon? Migrants and refugees

“Representative Mariannette Miller-Meeks (R-IA) introduced H.R. 1897, the Requiring Every Alien Receive a COVID-19 Test (REACT) Act, on March 16, 2021. Under the resolution, the Department of Homeland Security would be required to test all migrants illegally crossing the border for COVID-19 if the department plans on releasing them into America.”

Naturally, the Democrats blocked any vote on the bill even though, despite Fauci’s psychopathic claims to the contrary, at least 20% of those entering the country illegally are sick with covid. Sheriff Brad Coe of Kinney Country, Texas, has said the migrants are afflicted with numerous diseases long ago eradicated here in the US; leprosy, for example, measles and chickenpox. He has been begging Governor Abbott for months to send in the National Guard to no avail.

Fauci, of course, has not visited the border and most likely avoids any reporting and/or film of the crisis there. Fauci sees no connection between the spread of the virus and immigration.

“This is not driven by immigrants. This is a problem in our country, just as it is a problem in other countries around the world,” said the expert on infectious diseases. Having not seen an actual patient in forty years, he has no idea what he’s talking about. This from the man who claims any disagreement from his narrative is a denial of science. This from the man who very likely had a hand in developing the virus.

But there is no doubt that the migrants are bringing diseases with them that will be spread to American citizens. In the meantime, our hapless, robotic (perhaps trans-human) DHS Secretary continues to hamper any enforcement of our border security.

It's so refreshing to see America once again have a leader who actually cares about American families, unlike Biden's embarrassing predecessor. Another amazing move by the always amazing President Joe Biden.

Thank you President Joe Biden for making America great again, again!! :130:
Biden administration to boost at-home rapid testing with $1 billion investment

It's about to get faster, easier and cheaper to get an at-home Covid-19 test, the Biden administration says. The administration is set to boost Covid-19 testing in the US by announcing an additional investment in at-home rapid tests.

On Wednesday, a White House official said, the US will announce a $1 billion investment, which will go toward the "purchase of rapid at-home Covid tests to further mobilize our testing manufacturers to bring more to market."

In September, President Joe Biden announced a $2 billion investment in rapid testing for community health centers, food bank and schools, and also announced that retailers including Walmart, Amazon and Kroger will sell at-home rapid test kits at cost for the next three months.

But demand has outpaced supply for those tests so far, with shelves empty across the country. The administration is seeking to quickly ramp up that supply.

The $1 billion announcement also comes days after the US Food and Drug Administration authorized Flowflex, an at-home antigen test from ACON laboratories, which will accelerate the pace of rapid tests hitting the shelves.

The Flowflex test authorization, the FDA said in a statement Monday, "should significantly increase the availability of rapid, at-home tests and is expected to double rapid at-home testing capacity in the U.S. over the next several weeks."

Twilight of the Democrat dinosaurs — Biden and Pelosi are finished

For a bill that supposedly cost "nothing," Joe Biden and Nancy Pelosi can't even persuade their own party to vote for it.

According to Fox News:

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi drew up the white flag Friday evening, admitting that "more time is needed" to pass a $1 trillion infrastructure bill that is one of the pillars of President Biden's agenda, after previously vowing to pass the measure this week.

While Pelosi had promised moderate House Democrats the infrastructure bill would be on the floor, progressives threatened to sink it unless it was coupled with a $3.5 trillion spending measure, known as the Build Back Better Act, that includes a variety of social welfare programs.

Seems they've gotten themselves into a hammerlock, held hostage by the members of their party's socialist "Squad." The Squad, which couldn't care less what voters think beyond their own dead blue districts, have declared "my way or the highway" on government taxing and spending to the moon, while a moderate blue-dog caucus of about 20, whose members aren't too public (out of fear of the Squad), doesn't like this crap at all, knowing that its passage for each of them means that a Republican will take their seat in 2022.

So naturally, the whole thing has crashed. The spectacular failure of this $1-trillion spendathon, supposedly on "infrastructure," as well as their Bernie Sanders–crafted $3.5-trillion pork "reconciliation," is now Biden's and Pelosi's legacy. Sure, Pelosi tried to save face as she pulled those votes with a claim that she just needed more time, but the reality here is that these things fail for a reason. It's the sound of the orchestra playing on Democrat ship Titanic.

What we have here are two old dinosaurs who can't control their party, trying to save face. According to Politico:

After strongly signaling to progressives this week to hold the line on their demands for a massive climate and social spending bill, President Joe Biden took a trip to the Hill on Friday to deliver another message: prepare to eat half the loaf.

In remarks to House members, Biden warned progressives that they would likely have to accept a reconciliation bill with a price tag between $1.9 trillion and $2.3 trillion — well below the $3.5 trillion they'd initially priced for. To sell the deal, Biden argued that even at that reduced level, the party would still be making "historic" investments.

Nope, they certainly won't. They've got an agenda to socialize America, and this won't cut it. The moderates are probably willing to take a half a loaf or negotiate the bills downward, but the Squad remains implacable.

Biden is Brewing a National Crisis

Have we ever had a president who in mere months made so many dumb, intemperate decisions, thereby precipitating major crises? You’d think that the Afghanistan and border fiascos would suffice for one four-year term. But the smart money is that we haven’t seen the last of Biden-manufactured crises. Biden is a nightmare version of Pig-Pen of the Peanuts comic strip. A perpetual cloud of incompetence, conceits, corruption, and shabby political motives swirls around him.

Per Richard Fernandez at PJ Media, September 27:

As Niall Stanage of the Hill put it, “President Biden’s biggest vulnerability isn’t any single issue. It’s the risk that he could be seen as losing control of events.”

The dissolution of the landscape means the Biden administration isn’t plagued by any one malady anymore but by multiple organ failure.

What’s perilous to the nation isn’t likely any one crisis, as Fernandez and Stanage alluded to, but some combination. Afghanistan and the border crises aren’t that combination -- at least not yet. But both do threaten to be part of a toxic mix leading to greater crisis during Biden’s term.

Catastrophic crash in polling numbers for Biden and the Dems

Is it really a surprise that a formal move toward police repression of its political opponents – siccing the FBI on critics of Critical Race Theory – is coming from the chief law enforcement officer of the Biden regime? The latest polling indicates that the already low public approval of the Biden presidency is declining further.

The prospects for any improvement in these numbers are poor. We have a massive wave of inflation ahead, with gasoline and natural gas both rapidly increasing in price, and both hard to cut back on. The chaos of the surrender to the Taliban augurs for more political humiliation ahead, with China potentially taking advantage of the weakness of the Biden administration. Crime has skyrocketed in cities that Democrats control. None of these factors will improve the numbers for Biden or his party.

The term “crisis of confidence” has been in play for at least a month as the failures mount and the incompetence becomes undeniable. Yesterday, Quinnipiac released its latest numbers:

President Joe Biden receives a negative 38 - 53 percent job approval rating, the lowest score he's received from the American people on his job performance since taking office, according to a Quinnipiac (KWIN-uh-pea- ack) University national poll of adults released today. In Quinnipiac's last national poll released 3 weeks ago, he received a negative 42 - 50 percent job approval rating.

Today, Republicans (94 - 4 percent) and independents (60 - 32 percent) disapprove of the job Biden is doing, while Democrats approve 80 - 10 percent.

Going deeper into the issues, Biden and the Dems are underwater on just about everything:

the response to the coronavirus: 48 percent approve, while 50 percent disapprove;
the economy: 39 percent approve, while 55 percent disapprove;
his job as Commander in Chief of the U.S. military: 37 percent approve, while 58 percent disapprove;
taxes: 37 percent approve, while 54 percent disapprove;
foreign policy: 34 percent approve, while 58 percent disapprove;
immigration issues: 25 percent approve, while 67 percent disapprove;
the situation at the Mexican border: 23 percent approve, while 67 percent disapprove.
The most devastating figure has to be this:

More than half of Americans say 55 - 42 percent that the Biden administration is not competent in running the government.

Even CNN, a lapdog for the Democrats, sees this new number as “brutal”:

55% of Americans say the Biden administration is not 'competent in running the government,' a new poll shows

According to a new Quinnipiac University poll released on Wednesday, 55% of Americans don't think the Biden administration is "competent in running the government." Only 42% of respondents were in favor of the work being done by the administration.

Biden's approval ratings have also fallen to 38%, with 53% of respondents disapproving of his performance. That's a 4-point drop from less than one month ago, when a September Quinnipiac poll found Biden's approval at 42%. From February through August, Biden's approval hovered between 45% and 50%.

Perhaps unsurprisingly, the latest results show a significant partisan divide. About 94% of Republicans and 62% of independents said the Biden administration was not competent, while only 13% of Democrats agreed.

At the same time, voters are split right down the middle on whether Biden "cares about average Americans," with 49% of respondents saying he does and 48% saying he doesn't.

Remember, like you said, polls don't count until the election. I'm keeping you to that so those "poll" numbers are meaningless.....try again in 2024.

Profiles in porridge

His name is Joe Biden. He is the emperor with no cognitive functioning. His pronouns are “Who, me?”

He served as Senator from Delaware so long that the state motto is now: “Delaware-so close to Washington, D.C. you can smell it.”

He is a Cafeteria Catholic -- someone who doesn’t subscribe to all of the doctrines of the Catholic Church. Joe seems to have particular trouble with thou shall not kill and thou shall not steal. He’s not too strong on Thou Shalt Not Bear false witness against thy neighbor, either.

He was “elected” by the biggest racketeering operation ever seen. Boss Tweed was both powerful and corrupt, but Boss Twerp had to leave all the shenanigans to lefties hired by the likes of Mark Zuckerberg, George Soros and Tom Steyer.

Joe couldn’t organize a kegger at a Kennedy Family Reunion.

Welcome to the Joe Biden Challenge!

All you have to do is name a single thing the leader of the free world can do competently. Hard, isn’t it?

Roll up, roll up, roll up, for there are prizes to be won! That’s right, ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls, it’s time for the Joe Biden Challenge. And all you need to do to win the big game is, wait for it . . . name a single — yes, a single — thing that this president has demonstrated himself to be good at since he took office back on January 20.

There are a few rules, caveats, and provisos here, of course. First, this is a game of absolutes, so you can’t use any relative words such as “better,” “preferable,” or “improvement.” If he’s not good at it in a vacuum, it doesn’t count. Second, we’re talking about President Biden — you know, the man in charge — so you can’t skirt the inquiry by shouting “but Donald Trump!” And, third, this is not a matter of whether you agree or disagree with the president’s political views, or whether you voted for him in the 2020 election given the choices that were on offer. It’s much, much simpler than that. To win the game, you just have to find a single concrete virtue that Joe Biden brings to the table as the head of the executive branch of the federal government.

Tough, right? He’s not an ideas guy — indeed, it’s hard to conceive of a politician less likely to arrive at a coherent solution. He’s not an independent thinker. He doesn’t sit above the fray. And he’s more of a rambler than a listener, all told. As a communicator, he’s just awful. His speech is incomprehensible, his briefs are rarely mastered, and, on the rare occasions on which he has been permitted to try, he has proven unable to answer questions in an apprehensible manner. He has access to the bully pulpit, yes. But he has no idea how to use it. He is utterly, completely, unusually unpersuasive.
