so 2000 care aids fired without severance..during a "pandemic"...this makes 100% common sense...said no one with common sense..

( don't focus on the person who in the article did not get the vax for religious reasons, cause I know someone will get stuck on that point only...we are losing 2000 care aides, focus on the fact that this how our Government really cares for our Elderly)

Yes, because it has become a term of employment. The one care aide had other vaccines to be about to practice here in Canada so not sure why she won't get the covid one

They have NOT been terminated as of yet. They have been given the opportunity to change their minds to comply with the provincial government health orders.

If there is a lack of staff, then it should be the care workers that get sued.

^^ did you forget that they called the Military in to help in LTC's when the pandemic first started ?? and they were appalled at the lack of care the Elderly were receiving due to being short staffed, which was/is very common in our LTC homes ??

This is the fault of ownership and facility management.
