Happy Belated birthday, Bsuds!

Dinner tonight for my house will be chili-cheesedog casserole. (from the Keto Instantpot cookbook).
I haven't failed until I quit.

Thanks, unfortunately Dinner was not the best. Not too many people at the restaurant and most of the food was "old"
So I saw a bumper sticker today that said, I'm a Veterinarian so I drive like an animal.
I suddenly realised how many Proctologists are on the road!

What you experienced for "going out for dinner" is still the norm right now........we went out a couple of weeks ago and it just had that feeling we were in an episode of the "Walking Dead". Will stick to some take-out for a while yet.......maybe a long time, who knows.

I did a Sirloin tip beef roast in the IP and DH roasted potatoes, carrots, brussels sprouts and mushrooms and gravy.

The roast was so tender and moist. so good.
