According to rumor, Lee Agur did not even show up to receive the award. I wonder why? Not vaccinated? :200:

Any award that comes from the Chamber of Commerce is a fixed and biased award.
Do not argue with an idiot. He will drag you down to his level and beat you with experience.

Chamber awards are nothing more than potential NEW memberships $$$. Just like those silly BEST newspaper awards are nothing more than NEW potential advertising revenue. They're both ridiculous.

The Penticton Chamber of Commerce could be renamed the Mutual Admiration Society

Lee showed true leadership by trying to protect our rights. All the pushover morons willing to go along with all the lockdowns and restrictions bullied him into giving in to tyranny.

Y’all should be so proud of yourselves.

I’ve got three so far, and my flu shot, but then I didn’t do my research on Google. I trust someone with qualifications more than I would trust someone without.

What's rather humorous here is that the low percentage of the population who supported the stance that Agur took re the vaccine passports, now can no longer go into his establishment. Thankfully the majority of people have more brain cells and have received at least 2 jabs.

Thank you Wanderingchef, I totally agree with you! It really is getting completely ridiculous.
I have no problem wearing a mast, social distancing but the people losing their jobs, the passport and now the kids...it's just a bridge too far imo.
Que all the negative comments to come my way for just having a different opinion.

I have my two shots. Still, completely unwilling to get a passport as it amounts to
Medical tyranny.

Good for you. Hope you enjoy NOT going into (no passport) table service bars & restaurants (including the Bad Tattoo), concerts, indoor sporting events, etc etc. Its required now to enjoy the little things in life and is not Medical tyranny.
The Jury is still out on why the Chamber of Commerce awarded this guy such an award.
