Low lifes - happens all too frequently. Central Okanagan had a lot of their gear stolen just a couple of months ago.

This is a good example of why we need harsher penalties for offenses like this!
No "slap on the wrist" or "catch and release" for these types when caught!

I surmise:
Within a day or so it will be back on the road with a different
cab and box. Thus changing it over to a different previously titled VIN.
Old cab stripped and destroyed(with VIN). box sanded down and primed for
later use or sale.
Nothing stops people that have no conscience.
