so get him to come out and give you a free quote and get a few more free quotes and
go with what works for you.

Just tell 1 million people that , for 2 dollars , you can make them millions ..

Then tell them they need to convince 1 million people to give them 2 dollars .

well why would people dash around the City giving out quotes.. yes I mean there is no charge however I'm pretty sure they factor it into the pricing. Otherwise you would have people working for free.
I never go with the lowest quote.. I always check references and go with who I like = so I have a list of the regs I get for various things

Except it was free from the other two companies I got quotes from because they never got the job
and when they give the quote they are only hoping they get the job so I think it kind of free.
