When I woke up, and my first thought was of a sweet, new friend.
Ya … that’s a great way to wake up and smile 😊

That in an awesome reason to smile :130:

I woke up to a puppy licking my face - husband figured I'd prefer that wake-up call (since I slept through the alarm).
I haven't failed until I quit.

Blast from the past... remember Roadster?! What ever happened... *wink*

Lately I've just been so happy with the simpler things... my sons, my home, my career, and my friends... that makes me smile :birthday2:

Well that made me smile, and made me go back to the beginning and read some of the posts from those that are no longer with us. Grammafreddy always did make me smile. And today talking with my kids and making them smile. Welcome back V-Rated!!

Hi, I have not seen Roadie for awhile but I know of someone who knows her better. I will check with him.
I do know she was quite sick for awhile so I hope she's OK.

Update on Roadster, I was right she was very very sick awhile back but is doing much better now.

I taught a couple of our grandkids all about "Punch Buggy, no return.

The other day day driving into town they started seeing Punch Buggies everywhere, or so they thought. And that's when things got crazy, yelling, screaming, punching, laughing.

It was chaos in the car, almost too chaotic to drive, but oh so much fun.

Have I created a couple of monsters. [icon_lol2.gif]
I'm posting this from Traditional lands of the British Empire & the current Lands of The Dominion of Canada.
I also give thanks for this ethos richness bestowed on us via British Colonialism.

Hearing about traditions being passed on, remembering when I was young and did that with my sisters . . . :130:
