Had a boned and rolled turkey thigh roast (white meat is bleh!) to cook yesterday so it will be a retread on that. Enjoy it more the next day because all the work has been done.

Exactly, instead of a beef dip... it will be a turkey dip with gravy and mashed potatoes on the side. Oh yes can’t forget fresh veggies.

I hate the same leftovers for days....-like dry turkey breast- yuk. This year, I bought a pack of turkey wings, crushed up some peppercorns and spiced salt rub and roasted 'em. No leftovers.
Tonite... cheap steak with lots of gristle...
Some may view my politically incorrect opinions as harsh and may be offended by them. Some think political correctness will be our undoing.

Leftover Turkey, stuffing, gravy with leftover roasted broccoli, brussel sprouts and green bean casserole.

some leftovers are ok after a few days, but not the same thing 2 nights in a row
Indian food. Made in India makes some fab dishes - and I make my own butter chicken
test that assumption at your earliest convenience
