Homemade pasta, with the usual killer sauce.

After mixing, knead and cutting, we hung the pasta on an indoor clothes rack for drying.

Sounds like you grew up in a Scandanavian home. The only think missing is Lutefisk.

Honey garlic back ribs, roasted mini potatoes, roasted Brussels sprouts.
