I am still waiting for OV to meet or beat WG 50 goals in 39 games or less.
That's not going to happen, but he is on pace for 50 in 50 games. Only 5 players in NHL history have scored 50 goals in the first 50 games: The Rocket, Mike Bossy, Wayne Gretzky, Mario, and Brett Hull.

This could spread, knowing some of individuals involved with meetings as Blackhawk staff are now elsewhere. Potentially could effect Panthers current head coach and the Jets GM.

Maybe this will enable others within the league to seek help they need.

I know this is actually old news now, been rather busy.
NHL isn’t going to the Olympics, yes it would have been very entertaining to see Crosby & McDavid on same line.

Edmonton fans must be yelling at their tv screens.... get a damn goalie NOW (Smith is okay but is old).
Unfortunately there really isn’t much out there to choose from.

Edmonton has no cap space plus Mikko Koskinen has no trade clause. So Edmonton is :swear: ed

WTH is Ken Holland thinking in going after Evander Kane and not looking into finding a goaltender, the position they currently suck in.

Times in which Edmonton is not living up to the hype is so gratifying for me. Because all the sports pundits made so much fuss putting the Coilers above the Nuks. And yet again the nuks are proving everyone wrong.

Canucks are not even in the wildcard. Let alone in top 3 in their division.

Most obviously answer is goaltending lately it stinks, plus maybe the rest of the team isn’t making it as difficult as possible for the other team.

I think if they can improve their goaltending dramatically, add a few quality defencemen and bump up their secondary scoring, they should be a solid fourth place team.
