Lazy today. I opted for convenience for dinner at work since I have three evening shifts this long weekend.

So it will be Amy's Cheddar Burrito. https://www.amys.com/our-foods/cheddar- ... ce-burrito

Will be Easy Peasy Bolognese on brown rice elbow pasta with onions, mushrooms, spinach and zucchini.

I had it for lunch and it was so good.

It's dinner tomorrow too.

Hubby made air fryer pork tenderloin wrapped in bacon with oven potatoes and steamed broccoli. I add sour cream and green onions to my potatoes.

Honey Garlis Boneless Chicken thighs.

I usually do them in a cast iron pot in the oven but my Wife is making a Harvey Wallbanger cake for her quilting ladies so I am doing this in the instant pot on slow cook.

I found the slow cook option on my IP horrible. Even on high it didn't want to cook it well. So glad I didn't get rid of my Crockpot.
