Re: What happened to the flu season?
FluWatch, the national influenza surveillance system, reported more than 55 000 flu cases in the 2019–20 season. By comparison, there were approximately 60 in 2020–21.
The typical flu season usually ends at this time. I believe the numbers might reflect the '20-'21 season, just a guess.

As noted before there were about 120 cases.hozzle wrote: ↑Mar 27th, 2022, 7:00 pm FluWatch, the national influenza surveillance system, reported more than 55 000 flu cases in the 2019–20 season. By comparison, there were approximately 60 in 2020–21.

Looks like the covid vax might be repurposed....
It is now effective on stopping transmission of the flu.
Maybe we should all take the flu shot & see if it works on the vid?

No that doesn’t appear to be the case when there’s a vaccine for covid, influenza and I believe another cold virus.Bigbacardi wrote: ↑Mar 28th, 2022, 7:20 am Looks like the covid vax might be repurposed....

Re: What happened to the flu season?
The fact that the flu is gone after all of eternity should tell you all you need to know about this plandemic. You're sick, you go for a PCR test (not an influenza test) and they cycle it 35-40x which is the threshold where is quit easy to find whatever you are looking for.

Re: What happened to the flu season?
Influenza’s absence has been attributed to pandemic-response measures, but they don’t tell the whole story. I don’t think we can put it all down to mask wearing and social distancing - the lack of international travel played more of a part, IMHO.

But it’s not a fact the flu is gone. On the contrary.Zedi wrote: ↑Mar 28th, 2022, 9:47 am The fact that the flu is gone after all of eternity should tell you all you need to know about this plandemic. This week I can attest really and truly the flu is not gone. Flu shot next year for sure.

Masks are the prime reason that we have not had flu or cold outbreaks for the past two winters.
We're lost but we're making good time.

Re: What happened to the flu season?
Not sure about the masks, although I'm sure they helped somewhat.
I think the biggest thing was the social pressure to stay away when sick.
Used to be, the thought process of, go to work unless dead. You can tuff it out.
But then u passed it on to others...
Now it's stay home if sick.
Hard to believe that society needed to be reminded of personal cleanliness ie wash hands...lol
Who da thunk???

Re: What happened to the flu season?
It's NOT poison when influenza vaccinations can help stave off a serious illness.
