And yup, it is pure nonsense political theater. But the "independence" nonsense is not something that should be a part of the politics - it is a sign of pure opportunism. Alberta and Saskatchewan need to be careful with this nonsense rhetoric. BC is probably the only western province that could actually go it alone - it would be stupid, but doable. BC is also extremely unlikely to join in with the AlSask gong show. Just think of all the revenue BC could generate by slapping "handling fees", "eco tariffs" and what not on goods to and from AlSask - what a gravy train!

It wouldn't surprise me in the least if it turned out that the hack was an inside job. All those credit card details being available might have been too much temptation for the Sask Party insiders and all their kids they've hired and put in sensitive positions. They are just the successors of Grant Devine who was Saskatchewan Premier a generation ago. A quarter of his cabinet eventually did jail time. Moe is just Devine II.
