okay, look down at the lower left hand corner, right under the message box. it will say: Watch this topic for replies or Stop watching this topic. if it says stop...click on it.

edited to add:

if that isn't the problem, go to the top of the page and click on Profile. find:

Always notify me of replies:
Sends an e-mail when someone replies to a topic you have posted in. This can be changed whenever you post.
