Happy Easter all!
Munching on a couple of slices of babka bought at the Ukrainian bake sale in Penticton. Not as good as what I remember my Mom made - I wish I had the patience to make some myself. Bought a couple of pyrizhky/perishky (Ukranian Sauerkraut Buns) for the hubby. I despise sauerkraut but he says they're pretty good.

We had a quiet day at our household. I puttered in the garden in the sun (it was so nice!) and watched shows with first daughter then husband. And I made a prime rib roast with Yorkshire pudding (because you can't NOT have it, so broke keto for the day).
I haven't failed until I quit.
