Oh, I wish. I'm a number of years away from that, though.

Enjoy that life for me, bb49, until I may do so myself! :130:

Is this nine year old girl the most intelligent person in the world?

Currently aged 9, she is studying 2 degrees at the same time.
It’s a dream for a lot of us to even complete one.
One of the degrees is in industrial engineering in mathematics at UNITEC. The other is in systems engineering at Universidad CNCI.
Both Universities are in Mexico.

An IQ of 162. Stephen Hawking and Albert Einstein’s estimated IQ is 160. :200:

I celebrate her intelligence wholeheartedly, and hope her brainpower helps to turn the world upside down. Go girl,

But lordy, can you imagine being her mother, demanding she clean up her bedroom? But, her mother supported her against the odds of her daughter being autistic.

Both are intelligent beyond description.
Sufficiently advanced incompetence is indistinguishable from malice. There’s a certain point at which ignorance becomes malice, at which there is simply no way to become THAT ignorant except deliberately and maliciously.

Poor mother, she'll never win an argument, not that parents often do but this kid will ALWAYS be right.

And so, it shall surely be.

Don't run from the cops.
Don't fire a gun at cops.
Don't wear a mask while doing the above.
You won't get shot once or 60 times.

90 shots fired and 60 hits. Pretty good shooting for handguns.

We need a change of pace here.

Packing and unpacking during our move yielded an array of interesting items I knew about but hadn't seen in ages. And nope, some things aren't getting thrown away.

An old pair of binoculars.
Brand is SPORTIERE PARIS.

My night light. It sat beside my bed back when I was about 5 or 6, and yes, it still works.

Here's a couple of old beer bottles I found at an old logging camp site. We were working above Clowhom Lake, at the back end of Salmon Inlet.

One bottle is labeled PROPERTY OF SILVER SPRING BREWERY LTD. VICTORIA, B. C.

The other is labeled VICTORIA-PHOENIX BREWING CO. LTD. VICTORIA B. C.

Not much left from my early days working in the bush. I had an old Silva compass, gave it to my grandkids.

I'll see what else I can add.

Very cool, bb49 - I dare say this should have its own thread - vintage/antique items are of interest to me :)
