Our Peppers died!

Your produce looks first class, lovely cabbages. I also see you have the green type rhubarb. I have access to two huge red rhubarb patches, but I stopped harvesting after doing two pullings. The rationale for that is to save enough leaves [usually1/3] to allow the plant full regeneration capabilities for next spring.

They were an experiment by my lovely Spouse.

I want lazy cabbage rolls (she's not a fan) and she wants to try fried cabbage with bacon.

They are not big enough at this point for making cabbage rolls, but that's a possibility too. Running out of freezer space.

Mrs S could do cabbage steaks the sprinkle with bacon bits.

Mine haven't been doing well, no really growth and what peppers I have been getting are stunted.

Your veggies look awesome, Sudsy. My little basket gardens have treated me ok, nothing like yours, though.
Again not one one cucumber and I zucchini. Clearly doing something wrong. My peas were good to nibble on.
Had only 4 bean plants, so snacks is all. Tomato’s did well. And my peppers are so small but tasty. A nice

We had to put in some stakes and tie up the Tomato plants this morning as 2 of them are so big they pulled the cages over.

Went into Home Depot to pick up some canned air for Daughter (she's cleaning her keyboard) and walked past 2 for $12 on their perennials. Came home with a really nice echinacea and another delphinium . . .

My mistake. YOur cabbages have holes, worms?This year there were none of those yummy grapes to be had - sad sigh

Well, looks like green beans have stopped flowering so near the end of that cycle.

Picked garlic, beans, cukes. Ate cherry tomatoes - just a few but they are starting! Hope to have full-sized tomatoes for eating soon.

Raspberries seem to be done, except for a few hidden in the foliage. Grapes are about a month from ready, should be another bumper crop
Blackberries are coming along, had a few but they were a bit sour. Blueberries are happening, they are much happier in the new location. I have hopes of a better crop for next year.

Mulch them in with pine needles in the Fall. Doing so really helped our blueberries.

I have done so, will do again when I put new landscape fabric in the bed. They used to be shaded by the hazelnut bushes, now they have much more sun and are on the main garden irrigation.

Spent hours out in the garden today, weeding and finding some food ready to pick!
