Every minute counts for an emergency transplant. Checking flights from Verona (closest airport to Padua) the shortest flight is roughly 3-1/2 hours depending on day of the week and departure time. It's roughly 70kms from Padua to Verona so add another 30-60 minutes to the flight time.
