I would tend to agree with that "RCMP officer, rather than the higher ups in the RCMP and "Trudeau's government. Why would he concoct such an unbelievable story to begin with? Why would "defunding" the RCMP be the solution? It's been a total disaster in the US, with every city that has adopted this insane philosophy seeing crime rate skyrocket. "Defund the police" is literally one of the dumbest ideas ever presented by the extreme left, and unfortunately, they found willing idiots that adopted it, thus increasing the suffering of their populations exponentially.
