^^^ those quakes are directly inline were the 2 tectonic plates meet each other.


Tidbit of information:
Tectonic plate India is on continues to push north causing Mt Everest to gain roughly 1 inch per/year.

Our daughter is a teacher in Taiwan. Her first experience of earthquakes... fortunately where she is there is no damage.

This is indeed large.
The coastal area where this happened got hit by a hurricane the other day. They sure didn't need this.

Mexico is experiencing a lot of natural disasters lately, add in their cartel's violence, I don't know how they cope.
