Substance abuse and mental health clinics

There’s mental health on Ellis street in Kelowna that deals with substance abuse, but not sure in Vernon.

Are you aware of any issues as a result of the location of this facility?

That is a Central Okanagan location. Aren’t you querying North Okanagan? It’s very different from COK and SOK even though it’s under the same umbrella. Just sayin

It's not beyond comprehension. It's the natural way that people on forums react. They see evil behind everything. In the minds of most forum people, they are victims of wrongdoing by someone and they react with aggression to even a simple question.
