Yes.. one bad apple sure can stir up much grief anguish suffering and horror, all in the n/aim of what (?) I don’t know.
It seems to me that the world’s human population has been heading in this direction for some time now cruzin’ for a bruzin’ so-to-speak, Sad... vary sad. We humans are relatively a young life form on this planet, and with that in mind we may learn over much time.
I find keeping to a long view in regards to the incoming information, helps.
And with the poem IF rolling around inside my head I quietly just carry on.

And, thank you Tyrain-Quill. It's the long view that keeps me going. I travelled the Soviet Union and while I likely won't get a Russian Visa anytime soon... I remain very hopeful that Russians will eventually fight for a better life for themselves. When all is said and done.

so, we know USA spends more money on wars than the entire earth combined.
we know USA started the war in Ukraine
we know Zelensky appointed whoever he wanted to Ukraine's government - they weren't elected.
we know Ukraine is crooked and corrupt.

Putin decided to start USA's war, after begging the West to avoid the war many times.
The West refused to negotiate with Putin - they love war profiteering.

Now
Putin is forcing 300,000 Russians to go to USA's war.
300,000 Russians don't want USA's war

Right now, Putin is a tyrant.
Right now is when - just like with Justin's forced vaxxine - every Russian has a right to tell Putin to go to war himself.

Kremlin announces vote, paves way to annex part of Ukraine

The Kremlin paved the way Tuesday to annex more of Ukraine and escalate the war by claiming that residents of a large swath overwhelmingly supported joining with Russia in stage-managed referendums the U.S. and its Western allies have dismissed as illegitimate.

He added that “any annexation in the modern world is a crime, a crime against all states that consider the inviolability of border to be vital for themselves.”

The preordained outcome sets the stage for a dangerous new phase in Russia’s seven-month war, with the Kremlin threatening to throw more troops into the battle and potentially use nuclear weapons.

Meanwhile, Russia ramped up warnings that it could deploy nuclear weapons to defend its territory, including newly acquired land, and continued mobilizing more than a quarter-million additional troops to deploy to a front line of more than 1,000 kms (more than 620 miles).

The order has triggered an exodus of nearly 200,000 men from Russia, fueled anti-war protests and sparked violence.

The war has brought an energy crunch for much of Western Europe, with German officials seeing the disruption of Russian supplies as a Kremlin power play to pressure Europe over its support for Ukraine.

This is a SERIOUS escalation. Russia will have to relatiliate.

Nobody claimed responsibility for both pipes springing leaks at the same time. There is obviously something at play.

The USA wants a world war. If those pipelines stayed operational then there could be negotiations because Europe is going to go cold this winter. Now that can't happen. Great news if you want war. Russia is warning us they will use nukes. USA saying "it's a bluff" but what will they do when it actually happens? They'll act like a old woman that just had her purse stolen and we'll be in full nuclear war.
