Bacon, mushroom, onion frittata, roasted red pepper coulis, garlic roasted potatoes, arugula/fennel salad.
Dance as if no one's watching, sing as if no one's listening, and live everyday as if it were your last.

Life is not about waiting for the storm to pass. It's about learning to dance in the rain.

Ooops! I posted it under the wrong heading :135:
Here tonight, had- baked pork chop and gravy (made with apple apple), mashed potatoes with sour cream and butter along side of roasted shredded brussel sprouts with bacon bits, dessert- haagen-dazs vanilla swiss almond ice cream.

Sounds delicious! Do you cook for one? or usually have leftovers?

                  Good question, Thanks for asking.
Now a-days- I've got it down to two, after years of intently whittling from ten to eight to six servings- which was my usual for years. So yes almost always have leftovers. Soup, soup. soup.
Only me now, so... Also I find with the going down to two-servings I lost my sense of auto-know regarding timing, irritatingly.

                  And you?

Sorry to say most of tonight's dinner went in the garbage.
Pork Sausage from Freshco (horrible flavour) Cheemos Cheese and Potato Perogies (garbage) :-X

Sudsy, beets are good. Haven't found a good sausage here so I stick to name brands like Brandt or Schneiders - brats and Oktoberfest are good.

Tonight think I'll do a blast from the past and go for a hot hamburg sandwich but without the blankety-blankety-blank peas they always served with it. Extra fries, lots of gravy and either coleslaw or corn niblets - hell, maybe both.

I still like Johnsonville. However, nesters makes their own and they are really quite good and not overpriced. I also used to like those perogies...what a disappointment after all the effort.
