Victims of sexual assault are usually protected by the Courts. Let's face it they have gone through enough already why spread their names through the media.

Chances are there will be a ban on naming the victim and should be.

Because until he is formally charged it would be pretty irresponsible to publish anything and could be charged with libel if proven wrong.

I mean really shake your head and think about it. Peoples lives can be ruined over false accusations.

It's can be an underage assault thing, or it's can be an adult sexual assault thing, or it's can be a false accusation. Your inference to pedophilia is definitely a standard unsubstantiated "the truth" thing.
