I've trained one of our 4 cats to do tricks for those things. I only need to give him a verbal clue that I have Temptations for him and he comes running to me to perform our ritual for the snack.

Oh don't worry. I know how expensive cougars can get so I won't be bringing any home.

Not a fan of cats, I have actually been attacked by a house cat once, many years ago.
Had to smack it in the head with my metal clip board to get it off me.
It went full pop on my inner thigh, clamped on tight.
Had about 10 puncture wounds, bruising went from my knee up to my junk, the entire length.

I'm pretty allergic as well - so I'll do the thing I do when I visit my friends who have cats; take antihistamines beforehand and keep some in my purse.

I enjoy cats. Not enough to own any and deal with the allergies on a regular basis, but enough to choose to be around them despite sneezing, itchy eyes, constricted breathing . . .

Very grateful that I'm not allergic to dogs!!!
