Or a Zeller's which is supposed to be returning to Kamloops.
My understanding is the returning Zellers will be inside an existing Bay store.

How about a Mini Ikea?

My Wife wants a Joanne's or a Hobby Lobby. That would save us driving to the US a couple of times a year.

It is but very expensive and doesn't carry anything near what Hobby Lobby does.

Nice, a Canadian company that is a good corporate citizen is taking over the site.

It’s funny how crossing border things become more pricey, chances are if US Hobby Lobby came to Canada their prices would probably be considerably higher then their US stores.

It helps to get the facts straight.
That was the owners of the stores for personal use and not for sale in the stores.
I believe they returned the items and paid a fine.

It could be a huge homeless shelter with indoor parking for the shopping carts.
I'm pretty sure that CT owns their current property so unless they sell we'll probably see one of their subsidiaries go in there.

Marks and Sports Check have prime space in Torchard Park Mall. The Atmosphere could claim the location, or even have the building subdivided with a Party City. What went into the old Vernon store? Oh never mind, it became a storage centre.

I don't think Princess Auto would ever have much more foot traffic than you see in the current store in Kelowna at any given time. Hard to justify doubling in size with the Canadian Tire store.

As so many have mentioned over the years, an small IKEA "satellite" store (which IKEA has and is doing elsewhere) would do well in the Okanagan.

Indoor Go-Kart track......?
