Since the shelters will be in one place it might make the monitoring of them a little easier though I doubt retrieval will be as easy.
Those using a shelter must agree to return the shelter once weather improves.

I'm curious as to what flaws were found:
https://www.cbc.ca/news/canada/montreal ... -1.5882743So far, one homeless person has tested out the shelter and complained of a few flaws but Monette is working with the shelter's designer to make some improvements.

They can't keep solid objects in one piece, ... Just give them stuff made of some foam. Good luck with that.
