Basically, the answer is that the airport is a microclimate that's a lot colder at night... And a lot drier. It's like the Kelowna airport on steroids in terms of how different the temperature is compared to a few km away.

Glacier and kgcayenne are having a massive argument about whether mission creek is larger or smaller than the Okanagan River.

Glacier produced this graph to prove that kgcayenne is totally wrong about Okanagan river being larger.

How is kgcayenne right even though this graph is also right?
