There is a legal body specifically set up to prosecute cases of genocide, war crimes and other serious international crimes. It's the International Criminal Court, or ICC. But here's the rub. The U.S. does not recognize the jurisdiction of this legal body.

MOSCOW, March 17. /TASS/. Poland’s decision to provide the Kiev regime with MiG-29 fighter jets won’t impact the Russian special military operation, though it may inflict more pain on the Ukrainian people, Kremlin Spokesman Dmitry Peskov told reporters on Friday.

"Certainly, supplies of these aircraft, as we have repeatedly said, cannot impact the special military operation, but they may cause more suffering to Ukraine itself and to the Ukrainian people," Peskov said.

To him, Warsaw’s plans to supply MiG-29 jets are yet another proof how quite a number of NATO countries, including Poland, "have been getting increasingly involved in the conflict." "Naturally, these aircraft will be destroyed in the course of the special military operation," Peskov concluded.

On Thursday, Polish President Andrzej Duda said that Ukraine would get the first four MiG-29 fighter jets from Warsaw in the coming days.

I have now started prepping somewhat for nuclear war.

I'm serious.

I have followed macroeconomics for years and I had always suspected that the amount of debt the western central banks were racking up would lead to a giant financial crisis or "reset" and there would be a need to either create a war or create a national emergency situation.

It is now very obvious the United States and NATO feels that they can "win" a nuclear war with Russia as they are doing everything they can to escalate and increase the very real risk of rapid escalation.

Wrap your heads around it. We've never been closer to nuclear war.

This week US congress also added "the situation in Ukraine" to the allowable actions list that allows the US to help the ICC capture and imprison war criminals without the US and it's leaders being subject to the same international laws.

The US tells themselves they can help the ICC under "special circumstances" but they are not subject to laws and court.

The next move now is for Russia to issue "arrest warrants" for various US leaders and their family members (Hunter Biden ect) and then each country is now allowing itself to use special forces, drones and who knows what else and killing unnumbered civilians and violating international law to try and kill/capture each others leaders with a special ops kidnap operation or a sneaky nuke attack.

The US illegally invaded Iraq with these rules to capture and kill Saddam Hussein. The US also used these self-applied-rules to illegally enter Pakistan and kill a bunch of civilians and a few women before assassinating Osama Bin Laden instead of trying him in a court of law. That means now the US will start saying that that they won't be able to capture Putin and they wont want to try him in court because the US cant have Putin defending himself in court and saying things that might be inconvenient but true. This is why the US assassinated Osama Bin Laden, to sensor him from talking in open court and making the islamic world upset.

KNowing that - the US could justify itself to launch a first strike nuclear weapon and try to "take Putin out to save a world war" and skip over the whole court thing because "it would be too risky". Wouldn't be the first time the US has used a nuclear weapon preemptively. Russia knows this and understands this now. It's really on.

I now think the US and Russia are at a state of war. This is really serious. Joe Biden is a senile old man and men in dark suits are in control on the US - total warhawk neocons. There are no hippies all the left are all brainwashed LGBT identity politics pro FBI pro CIA nuts.

We're all going to die, this will not be a limited thing. LIfe as we know it will be over unless something is done.

I would love for the US to face war crimes for all of the times their intelligence was wrong in Iraq and Afghanistan. Especially the false information gleaned by the torture of the captured. That would be a great start right there.

Highly doubtful there isn’t a country not guilty of either war crimes or crimes against their own citizens in last 100+ years.
