It does seem bizarre that Ukraine keeps hyping their counter-attack. Its like... really? Crimea? Cmon, give us a break [icon_lol2.gif]

Breaking News - Melanie the duummy says we spent $5 billion so far to keep the blood flowing in Ukraine's killing fields.

Wow - it keeps going up. How many brand new Ford F150s is that? 166,666 new vehicles flushed down the Ukraine drain while small farmers go bankrupt every day and one in five Canadian kids can't afford nutrition.
Larry Fink is doing well, though.

And Melanie the dummy is already talking about investments in Ukraine - you know the stinkin rich are swallowing their saliva at the world's best top soil.

She thinks she's important. I wonder who writes her simpleton speeches?

Doesn't sound like the west/NATO is going to stop aid to Ukraine anytime soon.
https://www.nytimes.com/live/2023/05/31 ... raine-news

https://www.aljazeera.com/news/2023/5/3 ... or-ukraine

NATO is pushing Turkey to vote yes for Sweden's admission to NATO : https://globalnews.ca/news/9733928/blin ... to-turkey/

So, Pootin was worried about NATO for some reason or another a few years ago and now his invasion of a sovereign country has kinda derailed his concerns to panic?

Go back to your borders pootin and the slaughter of young men and women on both sides stops and the wanton destruction of civilian targets and corresponding civilian deaths in Ukraine will stop as well.
NATO is not going to invade you Russia, so stop worrying.

Win is mentioned a few hundred times in this thread. War pigs repeat the word - win - over and over, as if it's a football game where you make yards, get first downs and then a touchdown - for the win. Melanie Joly said "win" again today. She probably can't do math and has no clue what 200,000 dead people even looks like.

Vietnam won with four million dead. USA lost, with only 50,000 dead.

After USA lost, Vietnam's government invited USA corporations into their country to make money - to win. Vietnamese kids are still losing that war, with crippled arms and legs, yet Vietnam won. USA lost. Monsanto and Dow - made $millions during the war.

What does win mean? To Joly, Freeland, Clinton or Blinken, win means a few $hundred thousand in their own bank account promoting the war. I know Victoria Nuland considers dead Ukrainians to be a win. If that's the case, Nuland is the biggest winner of all.
Thinktank wrote: May 13th, 2023, 12:22 pm Clinton, Freeland... Ukraine must win - even if Ukrainians are all dead.
gertlush wrote: May 26th, 2023, 5:17 pm There are always 2 points that I see come up in MSM articles of how Ukraine can 'win'.
puterbrother wrote: May 27th, 2023, 10:41 am .MSM is in on it too so they stay quiet but only to the point where they parrot that Ukraine is and will win. LOL ! Enter Blackrock.

My uncle made a successful trek from Canada, via Istanbul, and texted me a picture of him at the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Moscow this morning. I told him he's a crazy person but he is gung ho on being back to work after being stuck in Canada for almost 4 years. I sure hope this doesn't escalate further.

NATO was already training troops and everyone has already admitted the MInsk agreements were just a lie to train up their troops more because they 100% knew if Ukraine tried to join NATO Russia would stop them.

The United States invaded Ukraine in 2014.

Ukraine is not sovereign.

I'd be more worried about RCMP/CSIS suddenly paying very special attention to your dad once he returns.

How is NATO going to attack third world countries when they give all their weapons to Ukraine? Shocking

As expected the Chechens are operating in the Donetsk City area. Im sure the Russians would love to take Kharkov back and seal the border but they don't have enough troops for two offensives at once. So for the meantime theyll have to deal with these groups crossing the border.

The part I still don't get is Western leaders and Zman still say "No peace until Russia surrenders unconditionally, war crimes trials, reparations blah blah blah". What universe are these people in? Please god tell me they don't run our countries! :-X

Its surreal, like the Black Knight in geopolitical terms.

:spitcoffee: memory might not be as good as in years past, however I cannot find any news story anywhere that President Obama initiated an invasion of Ukraine. Saying otherwise is silly.

Says who ? pretty sure they are a member of the UN as a sovereign country with internationally recognized borders.

My uncle. He's not coming back aside from visits. He has a business established there that he's headed back to. He's an audio engineering wizard. And just honestly loves living there.
