Yesterday, sitting under a smallish umbrella as a light rain came down while I'm watching my grandkids play flag football.
I'm posting this from Traditional lands of the British Empire & the current Lands of The Dominion of Canada.
I also give thanks for this ethos richness bestowed on us via British Colonialism.

Mr I'm so important carts his groceries from Urban Fare, but returning the cart is beneath him, leaves it on the side, blocking another space.
As he starts to drive off, the cart has rolled back a bit and he hits it with the back of his expensive vehicle
Ah sometimes Karma is just right there :)
Made me smile reading this.

really - I went from fuming to grinning! Entitlement can be summed up by not returning your darn grocery cart. Like some peasant going to do it for you

Grocery order delivered 10 minutes ago - driver even brought all 11 bags into the house for me when she saw me using a cane. Had a bad fall the other day - broke 2 toes and put my back out so my friend loaned me one of her canes to get around easier.

Today's smile - girlfriend told me to call her when groceries were delivered. I did and she was here within 10 minutes to put them away for me.
Dance as if no one's watching, sing as if no one's listening, and live everyday as if it were your last.

Life is not about waiting for the storm to pass. It's about learning to dance in the rain.

Noticing that one of my least-liked, abrasive, pig-headed, stubborn, stuck in his narrative and obtuse posters is in the Q. ‘Health’ threads are normally his ranges to graze in, but sometimes escapes

Sufficiently advanced incompetence is indistinguishable from malice. There’s a certain point at which ignorance becomes malice, at which there is simply no way to become THAT ignorant except deliberately and maliciously.

people in my area put up a No Poo Zone sign near their driveway dog doing its business with the line thru it-
Of course there was poop beside it.

I don't understand why people can't bend their fat selves down and pick up after their puppers. I feel I should wear a tiara morning walks so I feel more glam as I do it. Heck, toss glitter and make it a party :)

I don't give a damn whether people/posters like me or dislike me, I'm not on earth to win any popularity contests.

^^^ hope it's not just a one day thing and the cops go away patting themselves on the back.

I wouldn't be surprised if the results would be similar with this taking place several times a week. Lots of media after like the above story and one just might see a reduction of *bleep* drivers. For a while anyway.
