Evil pharmaceutical companies came up with all the varieties of insulin we have today. As well as the medications which seem to hold diabetes at bay with less requirements for insulin.
Don't support Evil Pharma.
Lots and lots of hard work and apples (not too many apples) is what diabetics really need.

Some won't get the sarcasm. An apple a day hasn't kept the doctor away.

I use Wikipedia a lot so not really an excellent find. It's well used and well known. But here's another find:
Half of the estimated 100 million people worldwide who need insulin do not have reliable, affordable access to the medication that keeps them alive. The three largest manufacturers of insulin—Eli Lilly, Novo Nordisk and Sanofi—control 96 percent of the global market volume. Right now, there is no competitive biosimilar market to drive prices down. The lack of competition has resulted in price increases, intensifying the life-threatening issue of access to insulin both in the United States and abroad.

Wonder if this drug is in main stream use yet:
Today, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration approved Tzield (teplizumab-mzwv) injection to delay the onset of stage 3 type 1 diabetes in adults and pediatric patients 8 years and older who currently have stage 2 type 1 diabetes.

^^^ great news for potential type 1 diabetes individuals consisting of roughly less than 5% of the population since it appears to be targeting a younger populous at stage 2 or 3 of the disease.

So it only worked for about half the patients, and delayed progression for only about 4 years, not 100% efective, and not for long. That means certain individuals will not use it. Side effects are worrysome. blueberries have no side effects.

I don’t take blueberries like a drug so wouldn’t know. Is that an option?

Can you believe they tell people "there is no cure"
and then they tell people they'll need to take medication "for the rest of their life"
and those medications are guaranteed to make people get slowly worse
and before long the people have eye problems, kidney problems and foot problems

and not one word to educate the people to avoid the skyrocketing disease ( in money for big pharma and numbers of people)
WHEN WILL WESTERN WAR PIGS WIND THIS UKRAINIAN GENOCIDE DOWN?????????????

Should Bill Gates be ordered to stand trial in Netherlands for lying to us about the covid vaccine? Let's not talk about it.

Hahahhhahah - the dumb website produced by a dummy tells us some things about blueberries and then says
it’s recommended to consume no more than 1-2 cups of blueberries per day
[icon_lol2.gif] who's going to eat more than a few blueberries? No one can afford them.

Of course some people can afford them - some people actually have a bush or more. And then there are wild blueberries for anyone to pick.
