No I can't. I don't know if I'll have a job this time next year. Especially one so flexible. I hope conditions are more favorable for the next election.

I haven' met one Kelowna councilor, nor Mayor who is interested in addressing the concerns of the general public, they tend to do whatever they want!

New Laws are needed
Existing Laws and By-laws need to be severly enforced
Single Family homes mean single family, no more suites! Ban them!
New Curfew needed for punks
New Speeding/Traffic/Muffler/Noise Laws needed and heavily enforced!(like Ontario and the USA)
A new Municipal Police force is needed(funded by Traffic Fines)
Constant Police patrol in all residential area's
New Carbon tax for people using Gas guzzlers as daily drivers(Insurance cost x 5)
A council that can be reached between the hours of 8-5 p.m.
A city Hall that houses workers that can be reached from 8-5 p.m. with answers
By-law and Police officers response time less then 5 minutes for any complaint day or night
New Drug use/possession laws: Loose your ride/home depending on where you are caught
Lower Property taxes(based on age increments instead of just seniors)
Control Kelowna gasoline prices(no rip off artists allowed)
Ban cell phone use in public and while driving
Install Redlight camera's at all intersections and stop signs
Install Photo Radar on all major roadways(every second block)
Ban Loud Boats, Bikes, Vehicles completely!
Make more residential streets "NO THRU ROADS"
Mandatory vehicle inspections yearly(discounted Insurance rates for quiet, mechanically sound vehicles)

Then concentrate on everything else!

I could easily write 100 tickets a day for speeding and running stop signs without going any further than 3 blocks from home in any direction, the fines should be increased to $500 for the first offence, $1000 for the next until you get 3 in one year and you lose your license for a year and have to take a mandatory driving test for beginners!
