This forum that matches people with candidates disturbs me. If you will note, those candidates with the most experience and hands on knowledge, get negative reviews. Those who have no experience are number one in the total responses. Take a look at the person who received the greatest response. His answers to the base questions were not even thought through or complete. And yet, he is rated in the thousands of contacts. Is this really an indication of saying that this review was effective? I don't think so!
