Alan's out door knocking again today, in rural Glenmore, Ellison and the Rutland bench area, their's an all candidates forum May 6th, at the Creekside Theatre 7:OOPM, Lake Country, I urge you to attend. Alan will be more than available at the forum, to answer any of your questions. http://www.electclarke.ca for further info.eyepop wrote:Russell - Winfield wrote:Their [sp] (oopsie!) is no reason for Alan to run in this election, other than the reason I just stated.

Russell - Winfield wrote: DRBC Democratic Reform was a centrist progressive poulist party, that disbanded after the last election, when their Leader Tom Morino, moved to Italy, for family health reasons.
from their website..
In 2009, with Victoria businessman Graeme Rodger as Leader, the party remains committed to its founding principles, especially its support for electoral reform.
Let's make 2009 the year the Doctor returns to the House.
..but we digress as this thread is for discussion of Kelowna Lake Country resident, farmer and businessman Alan Clarke: INDEPENDENT Conservative and Ex-Socred, and Ex-Democratic Reformer.
does he still own that RV park/orchard in N glenmore?

Nothing on the Internet is so serious it can't be laughed at, and nothing is as laughable as people who think otherwise.

We can always count on you, eyepop!
Where oh where’d my body go?
Africa or Mexico?
Where or where’d my body go?
Where’d my body go?
Have you seen my ghost?
Staring at the ground?
Have you seen my ghost?
Sick of those *bleep* clouds

*You will NOT double post on this board. Read the rules/I have removed both posts so that you can try again/Jo*
The double post was intentional, the first post applies to the NDP, and the past post applies to the Liberals, get it "first past the post = disfunctional government"

This is suppose to be a political democratic forum, so much for making a mute political point.Russell - Winfield wrote:*You will NOT double post on this board. Read the rules/I have removed both posts so that you can try again/Jo*

Just because you can't post everything and as much as you want doesn't mean it's not democratic.

So I love the Okanagan but it's a place best enjoyed from atop a very large pile of $100 bills. - Spocky

. . . and it's 'moot' not 'mute'. 'Mute' would mean you were making a silent political point. I don't think anybody is going to accuse you of that.
