I'm okay with that, trust that and don't need to understand it any further.
I think that is called blind faith.
Something like that, except without any specific expectation.
I’m saying I don’t know ( and I know you don’t know either ) and I’m okay with that.

Re: Death
I don't believe there is a god (small "g").
People and things die because things happen...
You forget to water your plants, they die.
The strains of the earth create earthquakes, people die.
Pilot or maintenance crew error - people in planes or on boats etc die.
Wrong place, wrong time - people die.
Idiot drives drunk - people die.
Drug overdose - people die.
Catch whatever disease is going around - people, plants and animals die.
No god fixes things - people fix things through science, hard work, perseverance and trial and error.
There is no life after death. When you're gone, you're part of history.

That's certainly one possibility.

Interesting. What evidence is that?

OK, no evidence ( either way in fact - but then, I never made such a claim one way or the other ).

I doubt it. At least, none that would be generally and universally agreed upon. We need to remember, however, that evidence is not the same thing as proof and that evidence is subject to interpretation – even in a Court of law. I’m not going to make a claim one way or the other. What I believe isn’t important – at least not to anyone else who doesn’t really care what I believe. What I do find humorous, though, is the attempts by some to use science and logic to discredit the beliefs of those whose beliefs cannot be proven or disproven by science or logic.

Just google it, there are many stories of people, even children, describing places and events from the past that they would never have any knowledge of. Then there are the millions of sightings of ghosts, but of course some will say every last sighting was a weather balloon... hold it, that's UFO's...
They say you can't believe everything they say.
