help- need rec for sylist for baby fine hair

I've only moved here recently and am on a search for all good things local. One issue I've always had is having thin, whispy, baby fine hair and finding someone who really cuts this type of hair well. From experience I know there are some who can manage a really good cut that gives me hair that behaves like normal hair, but know they are very hard to find and would love to avoid the hit and miss of just trying people out on my own.

I checked past threads for recommendations but know that if someone is good with normal hair, they may not excel quite the same with baby fine hair and didn't see anyone asking (or mentioning) this particular talent I need to find.

So, can anyone recommend someone they know is great at styling baby fine hair in Kelowna (or near by)?
