Should Luge go on?
Of course.
The young man that passed had worked for years to do it.
He had almost 30 runs down the track.
All competitors have had problems on the track.
It is what they have lived and trained to do.
This is not playtime in grade school.
Let them run.

I think if we were able to ask him he would say the same thing. I heard the Georgia team had been considering pulling out of the Olympics after this tragedy. Has anyone heard anything recent ? I think if we were able to ask the young man who passed he would not want his teammates to do that after all they have done to get there.

Good. I'm relieved to hear that.

I think they should cancel the Olympics completely because of this tragic event. It's the right thing to do. We must march down the streets demanding they cancel the whole thing.
Find something to give a damn about!

Get marching (don't forget to make a sign and wear your black sweater).

I'd rather see the feline loving incessantly obnoxious canceled.

I am getting the impression that the majority of the competitors are very disappointed in the IOC's decision to shorten the track. They are competitive athletes. They want to run on the real track - not the kiddy's version.

Boo. No podium finish for you quietly.
