Technically 4 out of the top 5 since the number two spot was competing under the Aussie flag but raised in BC.

No, let's not count Beggs-Smith... he has the personality of a sock. Big sour look on his face when he realized he didn't win the gold, didn't congratulate Bilodeau... :crocodiletears: Maybe he'll be a good sport when they present the medals but somehow I doubt it!

He did seem to have a big sulk on. Watching the group photo taken afterwards was very telling. The American kid who won bronze was jumping up and down with an ear to ear grin much like our gold medal winner. That Australian sourpuss wouldn’t even cracka’ smile. Epitome of a poor sport.

He definitely had a big pout going on.

From the reactions you'd have thought the American won the gold!

Can't really feel sorry for the Aussie, born in Canada, and who had money spent on him as he was part of the Canadian development team just to jump ship to Australia.... I guess they call that karma.

Really ? I actually thought that the Australian was lucky to have even been in the lead in the first place. With the woman’s the night before there was no question the American gal fully earned the gold but when watching the men’s I didn’t think that the Australian was all that good. If anything I thought he got a break from the judges in getting the sliver.

Yes. They should tell all male athletes:

"RUN/SKI/JUMP like girls!"

LOL. It does give new meaning to 'You throw like a girl". Now that would be a compliment. :dyinglaughing:
