its time to reform our drug laws, its time to legalize prostatution.
its time to clean up our enviroment, its time to tell big companies that pollutue to clean up or get out.
its time all ppl had the same chance to get ahead, its time right wing thinking was put where it belongs , in the history books.
its time any politician gets even suspected of wrong doing, your gone, no pension, nothing,
its time our policeforces were made accounntable, no more sweeping under the rug.
its time we stand up to the americans and tell them if we disagree with you and you try and react, we will consider it a hostile act, we dont owe them anything.
its time evry child had proper healthcare.
its time to end poverty
Okay, so how will legalizing prostitution, reforming drug laws make Canada grown up?
How do you propose ending poverty?
How do you propose dealing with shutting down one of the world's biggest trade relationships?
How do you propose getting rid of the constitutional right of "innocent until proven guilty?"
What do you propose as a replacement in the checks and balances of right wing/left wing?
How do you propose dealing with the economic impact of corporations leaving our shores when faced with absolutionist and immediate sanctions?
How do you propose investigating allegations of police wrongdoing in a fair and equitable manner?
With facts please and not opinions.

As far as I'm concerned, we Canadians are doing a damn fine job! Yes, there are things we need to work on, but we are on the right track!
Did you know that the majority of the United States don't even recyle or know what the hell that is?? So I would say that we are doing just fine.
We could legalize protitution like you mentioned and maybe pot, but other then that, we are doing pretty darn good if you ask me.
Oh btw, you should really work on your spelling. Not to be rude but you are making us stoners look bad!

I'm not really sure why everybody is worried about this. Prostitution is fairly legal in Canada, unless SWAT teams have been raiding the Garden of Eden all week and I missed it. We have a great policy in that dept. that doesn't need much fixing. The ony prostitution we really go after is underage and street prostitution which usually involves human trafficking.
Anybody who knows anything about pot knows that it's pretty much legal. They have a pro-pot rally in Vancouver every year where hundreds smoke pot on the street and nobody gets arrested. Heck, you only really need to worry if your running a grow op.
Don't really see what the problem is. I think we've done a great job with this country. Sure we have many places we can improve and problems to solve, but overall I think we have done well.

Garden of eden skirts the law, prostitution is very much ilegal, which generally leaves it in the hands of organized crime or blackmarkets.

Just because at rallies nobody is arrested doesn't mean anything. They're just being practical. And again completely in the hands of organized crime. Turning a blind eye has not solved the issue or taken the criminal element out.
Don't really see what the problem is. Look deeper I think we've done a great job
with this country. ... Of running this country into the ground. Sure we have many places we can improve and problems to solve, but overall I think we have done well.

well there i disagree. if i want to grow my own medicine i should be able to, plus it would take the real criminals out of that biz.
and as far as prostatution , it should be nevada style, were the women have to get tested to work ,, here its gamble , the cops prolly abuse the street hookers in big citys , just like they turned a blind eye in vancouver until there was like over 50 missing
