Re: Wii
So I broke down and got the EA Sports Active.
I HATE IT.
It's just not my thing. When I saw it had a dance type exercise, I thought I would like it.
It also has a boxing thing which was ok. The rest of the stuff is pretty much like any other exercise program. I was expecting it to be a bit more like the Wii fit.
If anyone is interested in buying it, pm me.
With the taxes, I paid just over $70. The store won't take it back so I will be selling it.
I would offer it at a good price.

That totally sucks. You should pick up Just Dance, it's a good price and a heck of a lot of fun and a great way to get your heart rate up!

Re: Wii
I will check it out. I sold the EA to a friend on Facebook and only lost about $10 on it.
I am getting smarter now, you can rent games at Rogers...probably other places too.
I will rent them first before buying now.

Yeah totally! Love it! But focusing on DDR for XBox 360 right now, also a lot of fun and good cardio.
Boom Blocks is another good/fun game for the Wii, although not really much excercise involved.

Re: Wii
Speaking of Wii games... is there a way to copy your game onto your wii? (like, make it a permanent channel). I usually buy my games from EB games and get the extra insurance, but I thought I could take it one step further and have it sans-disk on the wii...

Re: Wii
That's a really good question. Although I am not sure of the answer, I will ask my man, as I'm sure he will know the answer to that question.
We also buy our games at EB but I never get the extras. I've never had a game mess up on me. Perhaps I should knock on wood?

Re: Wii
haha, I used to not buy it either, but I have had 2 disks (used games) that have frozen constantly at certain levels... Eb games is soooo good about simply giving you a replacement game or giving you a credit. Now I always buy the insurance on used games...usually not on new games unless it is a really expensive game...

Re: Wii
justmyopinion- basically, Canada is out of the wii fit plus ( so i've been told). You can buy just the software, or just a regular board, but the wii fit plus including board is sold out in all of Canada. I was told last month that in March Nintendo would start shipping, so here's hoping!
p.s. The States has TOONNSSS of wii fit plus... are you planning on crossing the boarder any time soon? I wish I had bought one when I was there!

Re: Wii
Thanks delabretagne - I had heard that they are impossible to find...not in any stores here in Vernon - that's why I was hoping someone on here might want to get rid of theirs....
Ban - stop laughing at me!
