Are you a Psoriasis sufferer?

I have Psoriasis and have tried multitudes of different so called remedies...I have tried perscription creams and different herbal things...I have surfed the net endlessly to find something, anything!, to make give some sort of relief....I found it!! If you have Psoriasis, try this....a warm bath with apple cider vinegar...I use alot of vinegar, a good litre, but use what works for you....soak for at least 20 minutes with all Psoriasis patches submerged (you smell like vinegar when you are done so I suggest doing it at night before bed)....it gave me such relief and actually eliminated one patch on my leg completely!

Just thought I'd share this...any Psoriasis sufferer knows how hard it is to control....

Good tip! I used to get psoriasis on my scalp, and found that the vinegar does wonderful things to hair too!

Really? like what?? I'm always scared to get it on my hair as I'm afraid it will strip the color off...I get my hubby to dab it on my scalp only to avoid most of my hair and only hitting the roots...

Im going to try this. I have a serve case on my foot and nothing has helped it. The next step is meds, which the dermatologist said can cause cancer if I have long term exposure, so obviously I won't be trying that way. Thanks, I'll let you know if it helps : )

Oh please do!! If you have a severe case it may take a couple soakings but it should help....and ahhhh...nothing better then a foot bath!
