I have had it done....there is a great place here in Vernon called Smooth Effects. It ranges in price as to what you are getting done, but keep in mind it takes about 6-8 sessions to fully remove hair from anywhere.

Oh, and no side affects...a little red for about an hour. And it doesn't hurt - it's more just annoying. Best way I can discribe it it like a hot elastic band bieng snapped on your skin.
