You weren't in Keremeos yesterday, were you?

I am usually pretty obvious when a girl is hitting on me, but not at a Keremeos fruit stand yesterday, where the girl behind the counter was hitting on me to no end. I won't bore you with the conversation details, so in short, she kept misinterpreting my short, curt answers as cute little quips.

Given the fact I am not one to respond to flirtations in kind, you would think she would give up, but she didn't. Even as I was driving away, I glanced over my shoulder, and there she was smiling and waving to me instead of attending to the customers at hand.

My buddy at work got "arrested" for a Crime Stoppers fund raiser and phoned me at home to come bail him out.

what made me smile is going to seem weird. tough! as bad as the site of Mill Creek was and as horrible as things seemed we met some really nice people walking from our house to the park and discussing the creek with them.

(oh yeah!!! one guy in group was wearing a t shirt that said "Zombies hate fast food" think about it. LOL)
