Floss once, brush at least three times, more if I'm on forums with V-R.

I spend quality time with my dog, not my toothbrush. Yes, I am very thorough.

A good brushing in the am, quick brush before leaving the house or after a meal that leaves the mouth feeling unclean and then the big finale at night; brush, floss, brush, listerine.

My teeth are very close together, thankfully they are nice and straight, but I have to floss after every meal.
I have floss in the glovebox of all my vehicles. If I go out in someone else's car, I carry a small floss packet with me.
If I dont floss after I eat, it can get uncomfortable sometimes.
