Nope.
Schools n kids= no kids, no grands so don't care.

Houses:
1. $27,900 1972 became $91k in 1987, tripling in 15 yrs
2. $148k 1988 became $297k doubling in 10 yrs.
3. 2004 Lakeview Hgts new build 3300 sf walkout Lakeview rancher, $395k became 1.3mil in 2024 so tripling in 20 yrs.

All could have been sold anytime along the way but "replacement " would cost the same so no profit there but that's what they call progress, I guess.
