Trump is a fraud but he has finally admitted that there is famine in Gaza and it's okay to agree with him, unless you have different statistics than the State Department.

A cowboy appeared before St. Peter at the Pearly Gates.

'Have you ever done anything of particular merit?' St. Peter asked.

'Well, I can think of one thing,' the cowboy offered.
'On a trip to the Black Hills out in South Dakota, I came upon a gang of bikers who were threatening a young woman. I directed them to leave her alone, but they wouldn't listen.
So, I approached the largest and most tattooed biker and smacked him in the face, kicked his bike over, ripped out his nose ring, and threw it on the ground. I yelled, 'Now, back off or I'll kick the *bleep* out of all of you!

St. Peter was impressed, 'When did this happen?'

Kettle Valley garage sale was yesterday, that made me smile. Best and I got some nice goodies - I bought mainly for others, but I got myself a Pampered Chef loaf pan for $10!

Bestie got some insane deals, though. Electric snow blower for $100, electric lawn mower for $20! And Ikea shoe tubs for $5! Plus books and puzzles and such. AND we managed to get them all in her sedan (she's the master of Tetris).

And on the way out, we screeched to a halt as I discovered some metal garage shelving with mdf shelves, marked FREE. The edges of some of the shelves has some minor damage. The shelf supports are snap-together- and it fit in my hatchback with inches to spare all around. I love my hatchback!
I haven't failed until I quit.

Been smiling a lot lately, good thing.

Took the girls for a walk up to the recently opened Adra tunnel. Drove up Smethurst (about 2.6 kms) to a pull out just before a small road takes you to the KVR and tunnel.
As I got closer I could feel the coolness so put on a pull over and in we went.
What a great experience, motion detecting lights come on as you walk through and then about halfway along, sound effects of approaching train is heard. Perhaps 400m long.
Man, was I smiling.

A few drips, but the surface was great to walk on.
All that were involved did an amazing job to get this tunnel back again.

I would smile to, but you need to tell us what's inside.
Apples?
Lemon? Nope, no meringue.
Either one of those would do me.
I'm posting this from Traditional lands of the British Empire & the current Lands of The Dominion of Canada.

I also give thanks for this ethos richness bestowed on us via British Colonialism.

Rhubarb?

I took in the Vintage Market at Railside Pub going on right now, til 9 pm. Lots of fun stuff there, reminded me of when I was young and able to sling up table loads of stuff for sale and take home wads of cash at the Elks.

Oh to be that young again. I think every vendor there is that young. :135:

Yes you certainly would :D ...and then there's the pie she bakes with the splendid cherries from her parents' lone surviving tree from their long-gone orchard.
