Getting blasted in Kamloops right now. Wind, rain, thunder, lightning. A lot of wind.

Judging by the weather satellite Kelowna should be getting it worse.

Just a spatter of rain here in Vernon, much welcomed, cooled it down and refreshed. Still desperately need a good downpour though

We sure cooled down.
Chased everyone out of the Park at 7:30. And there was a great band playing.

Loved the rain! I turned on my oven, made crackers and cheesecake bars (both keto) then chocolate chip cookies for the kids

It's amazing how the change in temp can give me motivation and raise my mood. Spring and Fall are my preferred seasons . . .
